During the third quarter of 2024, the top five air travel apps on Android in Europe exhibited diverse trends in downloads and active user engagement. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the performance of these apps.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker experienced a fluctuating revenue trend, starting at approximately $72K in early July and peaking at around $80K in mid-September. Downloads peaked at 174K in early August, with a noticeable decline to 95K by the end of September. Weekly active users reached a high of 991K in early August before dropping to 757K by the end of the quarter.

Ryanair maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, with figures ranging from 106K to 123K. The app saw a slight decline in weekly active users from 797K in early July to 723K by the end of September.

Aviasales — Сheap flights showed a consistent downward trend in downloads, starting with 63K in early July and decreasing to 50K by the end of September. Weekly active users also followed a downward trajectory, moving from 258K to 213K over the same period.

Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save displayed stable download numbers, fluctuating between 47K and 59K. Weekly active users remained relatively constant, hovering around 260K throughout the quarter.

easyJet: Travel App experienced a slight decline in downloads, starting at 52K in early July and ending at 45K in September. The app's weekly active users decreased from 401K to 327K over the quarter.
